Here’s a sweet video clip of Karis reading Go, Dog Go! by Dr. Seuss. She only heard it 5-6 times before she had the whole story down and could read it aloud to herself. I thought it was so cute and had to post it for your enjoyment! This book is one of her favorites and through it she has learned important concepts such as counting, colors, shapes, under and over, going around, cold and hot, etc. all centered around these funny dogs. Love it and highly recommend adding it to your library!

Go Dog Go was the first book my, now 14 year old, daughter ever read. It will always have a special place in my heart.
Adorable! She is such a smart little girl!
This is my 4 yr old’s favorite book! I think he would enjoy it every night! I think it’s pretty cute too.
That is a great one! My daughter loves it. It is by P.D. Eastman, not Dr. Seuss, though.
Very cute!! It’s been so long since I’ve seen that book!
Love it! It was one of our favorites, too! My “baby” is 13 and we still go through the whole “Do you like my hat?” routine We have a video of our son when he wasn’t even 3 sitting in nothing but a diaper – with the book UPSIDE DOWN! – “reading” One Fish, Two Fish — such sweet memories.
So cute! She’s an excellent reader!! I need to pick up that book at the library sometime.
Go Dogs Go! is one of Asher’s (18mos) favorite books too! We have the shorter version with cardboard pages. He says “GO GO” & “Stop Stop!”. Cute video Lindsey!
Really sweet…you’ll always be glad you got that on video. Times definitely worth treasuring! We love all of those Dr. Seuss type of books. Something about the rhythm of the words our children, and most, just love. Lately, I have read Are You My Mother…many, many times each day. I think I have that one memorized!
So cute! Thanks for sharing this!
How sweet! She will enjoy watching this for years to come! Go, Dog Go is also a favorite story in our home. I agree that it is a must read!
