I thought this recent news report about the largest recalling in US History of ground beef (135 million pounds) just goes to show the importance of knowing where your food is coming from. I feel bad for those poor cows on the video Mean old workers!!! It’s not just for health reasons that I don’t buy “commercial beef”. I don’t want to support feedlots with my money, and do want to support humane practices instead. Voting with my dollars, as it were.
